Sales: Bathroom Remodeling and Windows 70k-100k Potential

We’re looking for intelligent, ethical, and energetic men and women with some knowledge of construction to sell bathroom remodels and replacement windows to our residential customers.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION:

Job title: Project Coordinator

All leads provided by us, no self generation

Report for work daily by 8A and run daytime appointments,

All appointments scheduled by the company; 10A – 5P, M-F

No evenings or weekends

All leads within a 30 mile radius

No travel; No overnights

Sales and Product Knowledge Training

No “Dog & Pony” presentations, price drops, company rehashing leads

Run pre-construction meetings with customers and installer for sold job starts

Provide change order details and pricing on sold job changes

Laptop, ipad, iphone, & shirts provided by the company

Base salary, plus commission

Plus bonuses based on exceeding quarterly sales quotas

Plus paid mileage for use of your vehicle

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

A general rudimentary knowledge of construction and remodeling on items such as replacement windows, bath/shower & vanity styles and sizes, lighting, different types of flooring, etc.

Effectively communicate with customers and installation technicians

Prior remodeling sales is a plus

A sharp mind

Super listening skills

A gnawing need to serve our customers

A curious inquisitive mindset; willing and open to learning

A clean driver's license

Understand and can use technology: MS Word, MS Excell, Email, iphone. Etc.

Drafting skills a plus, but not required

Work well alone and others.

Follow company policies and take direction easily

Come to work; show up; run the leads

A self starter being able to come up with new ideas to improve our process, buy okay if they aren’t implemented

Clean cut, showered and smell nice

No addicts, abusers or excuse-makers

Basically, no riff-raff, just honest, ethical men & women

We value thoroughness and the ability to focus

EDUCATION:

Be able to read, write intelligently and do basic math. You don't need to be able to do quantum physics and speak Arabic, but morons, whiners, idiots, goobers, lazy people and drama queens need not apply.
