Hello! We’re New Energy Works, a design build company.

Timber framing has been our specialty for more than three decades fulfilling our passion for high craft, thoughtful design, and energy efficient construction. Throughout the decades we have innovated our traditional craft, enclosure system, and designs. We’re excited to begin another innovation: bringing new European, semi-automated technology to our headquarters in Farmington NY, to produce our pre-panelized enclosure system– which we’re calling "HPEz" (High Performance Made Easier). We’re looking for several sharp and hardworking folks to help us get this new line up, running, and sending units out the door.

Are you a high-performer? Have operator experience? CNC know-how? Can read and interpret plans? Spot hiccups before they happen? Are you skilled in carpentry? Have what it takes to keep a production line flowing? We need your help.

If the idea of getting in at the start, being a key component to making this new-to-us production line successful - AND you have operator or carpentry experience - then we want to hear from you! SEND US A COVER LETTER detailing your experience AND why you’re a ‘right fit’ for our shop, ALONG WITH YOUR RESUME.

More on HPEz:

Our pre-panelized, semi-automated, high-performance enclosure system (we’re calling it HPE-Z) is the latest evolution of our Matrix Wall ™.

The systems are customizable to each project allowing the wall and roof components to be designed and crafted with the planet in mind, in the USA.

We also sequence and raise our HPE-Z systems should it be needed.

About us:

We’ve been carrying the rich tradition of heavy timber construction into the 21st century, bringing time tested techniques together with the possibilities of modern tools, engineering, and machining for more than 30 years on two coasts.

We’re an ESOP company (employee owned) and follow the triple bottom line, putting equal emphasis on People, Planet, and Profit.

We’re offering a full-time position with a benefits package including insurance, paid holidays and vacation, 401k, and more.

We give to our local and global communities.

We truly care about our craftsmen, and they truly care about each project. As employee-owners we are dedicated to the success of our company, our craft, and each other.

We don’t discriminate for all the right reasons and we appreciate like-minded, hard-working folks. Due to high volumes we can’t respond to all inquiries, but we appreciate your application.
