PREP COOK – BEVY

Full-Time or Part-Time | Morning & Mid Shifts

About the Role

We are looking for Prep Cooks who enjoy working behind the scenes to bring our bold, fresh flavors to life. This role is essential to our rotisserie, catering, and take-out programs.

What You’ll Do

-Execute daily prep: vegetables, marinades, sauces, dips, dressings, breads, protein

-Follow recipes and prep guides with accuracy

-Support production for both restaurant service and catering orders

-Maintain a clean, organized prep environment

-Properly label, date, store, and rotate product

-Work closely with the culinary leadership team

What We’re Looking For

-Kitchen experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person

-Strong knife skills or willingness to learn

-Great communication and willingness to jump in where needed

-Ability to maintain organization and pacing

-Dependable, consistent, and positive mindset
