Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our brigade and support the daily execution of our menu. This role is ideal for someone who values discipline, detail, and the artistry of French cooking. You’ll work closely with the chef team to ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards of flavor, texture, and presentation.
What You’ll Do
Set up & prep:
Stock and organize your station with all necessary ingredients and tools before service.
Execute with precision: Prepare and cook dishes to exact recipes and plating specifications, maintaining consistency and quality.
Collaborate:
Work cohesively with fellow cooks and chefs to ensure smooth service flow and timely dish execution.
Maintain standards:
Follow food safety, sanitation, and nutrition regulations at all times.
Take ownership:
Keep your station clean, organized, and fully restocked for the next shift.
Support excellence:
Ensure dishes are sent out simultaneously and at the right temperature, maintaining both pace and presentation.
Contribute to success:
Bring a positive attitude, strong communication, and respect for team hierarchy and structure.
Who you are
Proven experience as a Line Cook
Strong understanding of classical French techniques and modern cooking methods.
Excellent knife skills and familiarity with a variety of kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Precision, attention to detail, and pride in your craft.
Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional experience preferred.
A team-oriented mindset with a professional and respectful approach.
