Dir - Compliance Quality & Analytics

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $156,000 - $215,000Job Summary:The Director, Regulatory Compliance Quality and Analytics provides leadership in implementing quality management and compliance practices that ensure the company's business operations comply with legal and regulatory obligations. This individual will interact regularly with the Vice President of Regulatory Compliance and other members of company leadership to ensure that quality principles such as data-based decision making, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement support the company's approach to regulatory compliance. This role will coordinate with internal stakeholders to support sustainable processes that meet the core pillars of an effective compliance program, including culture of compliance and accountability, monitoring and auditing, investigation and response, effective controls, and training. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with diverse business areas within a leading U.S. renewable energy and utility company. This position will play a key role in integrating multiple departments together to ensure the company meets or exceeds its compliance obligations with a multitude of industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:
