    We are looking for one (1) full stack, Senior Software Engineer that has the primary responsibility for planning, design, and developing mobile applications for MVP. The engineer works with business and technology partners to deliver mobile app solutions to support the business. The engineer also serves as a role model and technical lead on the Scrum teams to promote quality, innovative, and scalable solution delivery.

    The role includes but is not limited to the following:
    • Must be able to develop and code quality mobile applications for the business, within an agile framework
    • Develops iOS and Android applications using Xamarin framework
    • Complete code reviews for members of the scrum team
    • Engage in scoping and estimating processes to support roadmap and planning efforts
    • Participate in backlog refinement, grooming activities, and Scrum ceremonies
    • Mentor other engineers by example and through hands on methods
    • Exhibit self-motivation to proactively drive a task or initiative to completion
    • Serve as a technology and design Subject Matter Expert for the team
    • Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters in understanding the backlog
    • Work with Principal Engineers and Architects to ensure standards are adhered to in the solutions design process
    Position Qualifications Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or relevant work experience.

    Minimum Experience:

    5+ years' experience in mobile application development required 3+ years' experience working in an Agile environment strongly preferred

    Strong development experience required, including:
    • .NET Core/Framework
    • C# and Xamarin
    • Experience consuming or implementing API Endpoints
    • Ability to problem-solve and implement solutions
    • Command of standard development/SDLC
    • Highly self-motivated and directed with the ability and dedication to meeting aggressive deadlines while ensuring quality delivery
    • Ability to reverse engineer already established code bases to fit into new initiatives
    • Ability to support Agile planning and work estimation
    • Automated Unit Testing
    One or more of the following preferred:
    • Azure App Center
    • Experience with Git
    • Experience with DevOps
    • Test Driven Development
    • Develop and build on Macs - Xcode
    • Database development experience
    • Experience with third party integrations and single sign on
    • Visual Studio 2019 with Xamarin
    • Familiarity with StoryBook UI Designs
    • Familiarity with automated UI testing
    • Experience with Azure DevOps
    • Published portfolio of apps in Google Play or App store #LI-AD1, #LI-Remote
