Ensures the accurate collection of core measures, analysis of data and follow-up actions to improve compliance with the core measures. Ensures medical center’s continuous compliance with the standards of the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Manages the performance improvement activities of the following clusters and committees in accordance with the Medical Center’s Performance Improvement PlanBachelors degree in Nursing, Masters degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred

Minimum of three years of experience in acute nursing care and two years of experience in Quality Management.

New York State RN license.

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality preferred
