Property Manager Trainee (Massena)

Seeking a mature individual with great people skills and a handyman background to manage 10 apartment units. No property management experience required. Will train the right person. Must have your own tools for repairs, cell phone to answer tenant calls, and copier for new leases and other paperwork. Average 2-4 hours of work a week with an average income of $500 a month.
