Patient Access Associate - Full Time - Evening Shift

Applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be willing to drive to different locations as needed. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills to ensure positive Patient Experience outcome and be a team player. It is essential to have good communication skills both verbal and written as well as basic computer knowledge. Applicant must possess the ability to multitask in a fast pace environment and pay close attention to details. Knowledge of Medical Insurances and Medical terminology is a plus. Applicant must be able to work in different software at one time to ensure electronic medical records are accurate for both medical and billing purposes.
