Position Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant 6 OPENINGS Location New York, 875 Third Avenue- prefer local or they must relocate in new year when offices open Duration 6 Months Contract to Hire Open for long-term contract also Interview Phone and Video Must have own computer Design and Implementation Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and capabilities to implement high-performance technical solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform Expert or power-user of all modules in marketing cloud specifically Exact Target/Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder and Contact Builder, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, etc. Resident Marketing Cloud expert responsible for technical implementation for activities such as audience selection, trigger qualification, suppressions, segmentation, building journeys, customer lifecycle programs, etc. Train and support internal teams on how to best use Salesforce MC Support center of operational excellence. Help identify innovation opportunities and provide operational support. Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for additional automation Familiar with various data extraction/manipulation techniques Cooperate with cross-functional teams including Technical Teams, Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing, Analytics, Web Operations and Communications and Marketing. Enablement Implement and test solutions leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud in support of the Enterprise Marketing function Build customer journeys + cloud pages as well as teach/enable others on the communications and marketing team Work on a cross-functional team and teach others how to leverage Marketing Cloud. Partner with business and Technology teams across the enterprise to drive out solutions that meet business objectives Marketing Cloud Operations Contribute to data improvement projects within our Salesforce ecosystem Provide real-time support for issues relating to Marketing Cloud Execute development and advanced configuration activities within the marketing cloud platform Manage email deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management and compliance with global opt-in laws and regulations Structure and implement marketing tests to drive optimization (e.g., test creative, copy, audience segments, triggers Develop documentation of current processes and future enhancements. Desired Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or similar fields; MBA a plus SFMC Email Specialist Certification and/or Developer Certification Understanding of CRM concepts, and email communications best practices. Sales Cloud Administrator Certification a plus. Expertise in SFMC Journey Builder, Email Studio, Content Builder and Advertising Studio is required. AMP Script knowledge and expertise is required Knowledge using SQL queries and understanding concepts of APIs. Experience in supporting end-users, requirements gathering and documentation Experience with list segmentation and working with large data sets Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Strong team player and strong collaboration skills Work Environment Mix of office and virtual environment Energy for fast-paced, dynamic environment Entrepreneurial, self-starter and highly motivated Regularly communicate with internal business partners and external vendors
