(Highly preferred); Remote with EST Time Zone ROLE DESCRIPTION: In a Contracting position, the Sr. Analyst, Data Ops role is a business operations role that will support the FreeWheel (FW) Media, the digital video advertising sales unit & Effectv, local TV advertising sales unit. The Data Ops team powers the two sales units in precision targeting across Linear TV and Digital/OTT - measurement of campaign impact on store traffic, website visit, incremental sales or brand lift. Project Management: Manage relationship with the FW Media Sales team, lead day-to-day campaign measurement and targeting projects, identifying requirements, planning operations & coordinate with partners Lead or support communications between client and third party measurement and attribution vendors and track project progress from briefing to delivery. Collaborate with key stakeholders and translate business requirements to technical requirements/specifications and implement solutions along with technical team Case Studies/ Client Pitches: Work closely with Product Marketing, and Commercialization teams to support business objectives Create case studies based on campaign learning's Work with product and technical teams to develop new use cases for proof of concept and eventual deployment as part of the data-enabled offerings for media agencies and advertisers Attend FW Media related prospect/client meetings, media agencies and/or advertisers as needed. Create pitch presentations for the meetings and explain the data offerings to the clients Technical Skills: Dive into large, noisy, and complex real-world customer TV and Digital Ad viewing data to do precampaign planning and post campaigns performance measurement using Big data Platform (Databricks, PySpark, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Step-Functions) Ability to analyze, transform and aggregate large data sets (Big Data) using BI tools (HiveQL, PySpark, Jupyter Notebooks, AWS Athena, AWS Glue). Hands on experience implementing e2e data pipelines using Spark, Python, PySpark, Glue on AWS Interpersonal Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts easily Experience sharing insights/recommendations with audiences of varying levels of analytics Team player with a "can-do" attitude and "Lean forward" bias to find opportunities and drive results DESIRED EXPERIENCE Overall 10-12 years of business experience (3+ years in media, advertising or marketing) 3+ Years of Project Management experience on e2e Big Data Analytics implementations on AWS managing stakeholders, partners internal & external businesses, vendors and 3rd party resources Hands-on experience working in e2e Big Data Analytics solutions on AWS in collaboration with cross functional teams geared towards BI insights Strong knowledge of SQL, Python and relational databases, AWS, Spark, Python, PySpark, Glue, EMR EDUCATION (BOTH MANDATORY): MBA degree required in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Mass Communications preferred BS or MS degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field of study Thanks, Vrushali UpStream Global Services a WMSBE Certified Business
