Premier Talent Partners is looking for a

Software Architect to join our client’s next-generation human-brain interfaces platform in

Brooklyn, NY (hybrid model). In this role, you will manage the planning and development of software, code repositories, and system architecture, as well as conceptualize software system design.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
• Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of the desired product
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
• Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to the development team
• Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with the initial design
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• 6-10 years of professional software engineering and systems design
• Experience with all operating systems
• Experience with C, C, Java, Python, Unity, Javascript, and cloud computing
• Experience with software and firmware troubleshooting
• Knowledge of industry best practices for designing, implementing, and maintaining software and open source repositories
• Experience writing firmware, contemporary radio communication protocols, and low-level software code.
• Experience with data encryption and privacy
• Understanding of applied machine learning techniques
