Job Description:Great communicator (verbal/email) • Smooth in conducting meetings - internal and external • Should be very comfortable in talking to stake holders and execs. • Should have Enough technical knowledge for the role/project they are involved in (should have played a tech role some time in the past) • Tech – Should have been a Tech BA/Developer in the past with some hands-on experience with SQL , Scripting , programming and SDLC cycle • Agile/Scrum experience • Project Management Experience • Vendor Relation experience • Well versed in Excel (pivot, macros , charts) and Powerpoint • Should be inclined to help out with any Team benefiting tasks including confluence documentation • Some minimal offshore resource interaction expected (should be flexible to spend time with offshore resources - infrequent meetings on need basis)
