As a member of the IT Team, the IT Project Manager/Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating & documenting requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and oversight in the implementation of solutions. In addition, the successful candidates are responsible for the following: Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas, communicate status and agree on priorities. Performing requirements analysis; documenting and communicating the results. Working closely with business users, technicians, quality assurance and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Participating in and performing oversight for user acceptance testing. Managing projects, coordinating agile project plans with development managers and business users, reporting on status and monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, business users and development team. Managing competing resources and priorities, multi-tasking amongst multiple projects. Conducting stakeholder meetings. Requirements

5+ Years in Business Analyst and/or Product Management position 5+ Years in Insurance, Reinsurance or Financial Organizations 5+ Years in global/virtual teams with Offshore Management exposure Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any major
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions Ability to multi-task as well as focus on priorities. Technologically proficient – understanding of data and programming concepts. Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Preferred Skills:

Agile, and Design Thinking BI tools Microsoft Teams Visio and flowcharting processes
