Job Description:One of the most globally recognized eCommerce company is seeking an Data/Claims/Care Processor / Risk Investigative Support Specialist. The primary function of this role is responsible for case adjudication, processing cases in a detailed ways as things are changing in a dynamic way on this team. This program has a focus on DA (Driver Focus Program) so it involves anything that happens on the road (i.e. someone delivers a package and they throw it instead of politely putting it down by the door). If you see that the customer complaints and that is a case or the driver was trying to cut a corner and they deliver the package and put it on the driveway instead of by the customer's door (unsecure location). The next level is that they have partner teams in India that handle the first step (they go through about 11k cases per week). They submit issues and if it gets escalated or the DSP disagrees and appeals, then it would come to this team. This is usually the 2nd or 3rd review so it’s more complex, validating that the team in India did things correctly, reviewing a bunch of different tools to verify route trace, reviewing street photos of house, listening to the customer calls or maybe there was a message from them to receive details. Then you validate whether if the package was delivered in the street or not.The Admin / Risk Investigative Support Specialist will ultimately provide context to the appropriate team to ultimately force drivers to stop and do more training.
