Position Description:

Project Overview:
  • We are looking for a 7 month TVC PgM to help lead programs across a Frontend Team, drive customer relationships and communications, remove roadblocks, and keep processes running smoothly.
  • The ideal person enjoys working with clients and solving tough problems.
  • In this role, you will grow the portfolio of customers for the Frontend team.
  • You will devise strategies and processes in order to help customers onboard and adopt their frontend solutions.

  • First-rate written and verbal communication skills;
  • strong track record of executing cross-functional projects. Own, track, manage and maintain processes and various programs for the CEDI Frontend development team in order to engage with cross-functional partners
  • Develop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations and tracking reports to provide detailed current status of each project.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience working with a variety of stakeholders (Eng, UX, PM, DevRel), and in executing strategies that deliver results.
  • Identify opportunities for improving collaboration within product portfolios across Corp Eng Own customer engagement;
  • identify and define adoption paths and roadmap for customers; understand and track customer satisfaction and blockers and strategize on ways to improve or eliminate them Sustain the health of the Corp Eng frontend community;
  • oversee engagement strategies and implement solutions for developer success Provide strong quantitative analysis focus, requiring interpretation of data from structured and unstructured sources.
  • Present the team's progress and strategy to various stakeholders and customers, including executive management. Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications or Not Required: List of extra skills that would be nice to have but are not required to be successful in the position
