Carpenter Wanted

Looking for a highly skilled individual who is familiar with all aspects of high-end residential renovation.

Job requirements consist of the following:

Strong hands-on skills with both rough and finished carpentry

Should have general knowledge of other trades such as electric, plumbing, mechanical, ceramic tile work, sheetrock, painting etc

Installing items like doors, hardware, stairs, cabinets, and flooring.

Must be able to read plans, communicate well with clients and be well organized

Reading and understanding blueprints, drawings, and sketches

Measuring, cutting, and shaping materials like wood, drywall, and laminate

Ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Collaborating with other team members, such as project managers and architects.

MUST SPEAK SPANISH

Must have own basic carpentry tools

Must have clean license and own means of transportation

Must provide job references

Salary to be discussed based on experience
