- Group helps users globally and doing basic support calls at this time.
- Need somebody with enough experience that you can trust to work independently.
- Technician will look at tickets, emails, etc. and reach out to users for account resets and basic kind of stuff like that.
- They are currently replacing machines but we can ship unopened computers and the user is able to set it up without assistance for the most part.
- Mostly fielding tickets and emails and the slack channel.
- 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
- Well versed on Mac OS – installing, removing apps, MDM and also well versed with Office.
- Should also have experience with cloud apps like Slack, Smart Sheets, Office 365, etc.
- Want’s someone that is support oriented, someone who is approachable. Sees a problem and tries to fix it or bring it to someone so it gets fixed.
- Customer service oriented – retail kind of experience would work. Need to be a face for the team.
