Description Recruit, retain and lead a diverse engineering team that can meet and exceed company goals Oversee multiple engineer teams across different function and collaborate with their managers Provide technical leadership to build and scale our platform Establish technical best practices including reviews, documentation, testing, QA, and release management MS in Computer Science or equivalent field 10+ years of professional software engineering experience 5+ years of proven management experience Experience with some popular technologies, such as: Python, AWS, MySQL, Linux, Docker.
