LEAD DATA / REPORTING ANALYSTNEW YORK, NY Project Description: The Client's US Spirits aspires to leverage Advanced Analytics to grow sales and market share. Advanced Analytics drives value through 4 key functions:
- Commercial Analytics - the identification and capture of analytically derived opportunities in Execution and Activation.
- Industry Insight (improving insight through superior knowledge of the US Spirits Industry)
- Reporting (providing critical analysis of how the business is tracking)
- Analytical Operations (Enabling the broader business performance through EDGE, Trax and other tools).
- Management Responsibility: Reports to Operational Analytics Director, US Spirits.
- Subject matter expert on our Performance Management and Execution tools
- Leads communication to key stakeholders on all upcoming program changes and enhancements.
- Develops training documentation and leads training sessions for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure everyone is are aware of changes and properly trained.
- Manages stakeholder feedback and funnel to the EDGE product owner to help with ongoing continuous improvement of our platform.
- Runs embedment sessions with stakeholders to help teams best leverage existing tools and platforms to deliver against organization goals.
- Undergraduate degree required and/or 5+ years of experience in analytical, change management and/or commercial sales roles.
- Understanding of BI tools and ability to translate use of tools into practical business outcomes.
- Experience in change management and training.
- Understand liquor industry and supplier/distributor dynamics a plus.
- The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate use cases.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence all levels of stakeholders.
- Ability to solve complex problems by breaking them into simple ones and prioritizing them.
- Analytical thinking and strong understanding of user experience.
