About The Opportunity

WeWork is looking for a Lead Product Manager who is compelled by the unique opportunity to reinvent how the core business functions of Marketing, Sales, and Service work in unison to deliver exceptional business performance. The Product Technology team will join forces with the WeWork Marketing, Sales, Operations and Service departments to identify new business opportunities, enhance and optimize our business process, and delight our global +500K customers.

The Lead Product Manager will lead a group of experienced product managers who will jointly drive product-led growth of new and existing revenue streams. This is a strategic role which interfaces with the entire portfolio of WeWork products, services and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and business acumen, product and technological vision, as well as top of the line execution capabilities. We are looking for a leader who leads by example, builds relationships which drive cross-functional collaborations, and is personally invested in growing his team.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the consolidation of WeWork's operations and customer engagement across Sales, Marketing and Service, while collaborating with peers and stakeholders across all departments.
  • Instill a Product-Led Growth mindset by proactively identifying growth opportunities across all customer touchpoints.
  • Influences across Technology
  • Drives vision, strategy, communication plan, and crafts executive goals for his/her team
  • Digs into underlying levers behind KPIs to identify insights and trends
  • Builds roadmap for the domain leveraging customer / market research, experimentation, learning, feature launches
  • Owns business planning (ie: business reviews, quarterly/yearly planning) and represents the domain to VPs in partner teams
  • Maintain consistent feedback loops from internal stakeholders and users of the product to gather ideas for unmet needs and general feedback collection
  • Owns aspects of the platform hands-on, while managing the joint and individual ownership of his team
  • Develops and communicates measurements of progress and business impact, at the team and group level, sets goals and delivers on them (with metrics to prove it).
  • Coaches and grows each team member individually, through professional development processes, individual and team goal setting, 1:1's, formal and informal learning

Required Skills
  • 5+ years product management experience
  • Proven ability to innovate and deliver creative, yet simple solutions to routine problems
  • Proven experience in applying product-led growth mindset and methodologies to increase marketing and sales performance for conversion and revenue generation
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation abilities, across all levels and functions of an organization
  • Proven ability to balance internal stakeholder requirement, customer needs and technical effort and constraints
  • Proven ability to drive product execution across multiple teams
  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, Engineering or Information Systems management, or equivalent work experience
