Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Operations Analyst with our client in the SEO industry in their New York, NY location. This is a 12 month + contract position and a remote opportunity. Description:
  • The Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a star performer to help accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market operations across our Talent Solutions business through collaboration with sales, operations, legal, and systems.
  • This Monetization Operations Analyst will have authority over customer-facing deal pricing, enhancing deal processes, and partnering closely with our sales teams in order to present strategic deals to our top customers. If you're a detail-oriented individual, like to work in a fast-paced environment, and excited by driving growth through global, cross-functional initiatives, our client would love to talk to you.

  • Partner closely with our client's sales professionals across all levels to structure and execute on strategic enterprise-wide deals
  • Oversee deal certification process to ensure programmatic criteria is met for each pricing proposal
  • Help strengthen sales effectiveness and customer success by building productive relationships with Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, Deal Desk & Finance teams
  • Guarantee that pricing proposals follow proper revenue, legal, and operational guidelines to ensure integrity and compliance with global policies
  • Drive iterative process innovation to accelerate growth and improve operational efficiency in a scalable manner
  • Be a trusted advisor to the Talent enterprise business on pricing and serve as an escalation point for business partners
  • Work with large datasets to gather insights and make data-driven decisions while maintaining strong business perspective

  • 1-2 years in finance, pricing, operations, or other analytical roles
  • Advanced experienced in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • BA/BS degree
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no Corp-to-Corp)
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Self-starter who has experience working with highly cross-functional and performance-focused teams
  • Adaptable to rapid change in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) or Dynamics
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Professional experience in financial modelling, data analysis, and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
  • Experience working with and supporting B2B enterprise sales organizations
  • Experience processing a high volume of transactions with proficiency, accuracy and integrity
  • Leadership skills - Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners and drive decision making among senior executives
