Door Person for small karaoke bar

161 Lafayette is looking for reliable and professional Security/Door Person to join our team immediately. All applicants must be well-spoken, reliable, and able to work night and weekends.

-Must have authorization to work in United States

-Must be available to start immediately

-Must be 21+ years old

-Experience in a similar role preferred

-Strong communication skills

-Ability to handle high-energy environments

-Calm kind demeanor

-Friendly, professional attitude with great customer service

-Must be able to stand on your feet for up to 6 hours

-Must work well with others

-ID checks at the door

-Crowd management

-Ensuring a safe environment for all patrons

-Enforce venue policies and rules in a fair and consistent manner

-Monitor the premises to prevent disturbances and ensure safety

-Ability to deescalate situations

-Ability to safely remove unruly guests if needed
