  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final pixel perfect deliverables based on requirements from Product and various stakeholders.
  • Go deep on customer insights, analytics and competitive intelligence to identify unseen opportunities and drive product innovation
  • Simplify and distill complex workflows into intuitive product experiences.
  • Partner with design peers, product, engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to develop and execute the product roadmap
  • Collaborate across the organization to evangelize the design and research process
  • Provide assets, specifications, and guidance for implementation of the user interface through the development process.
  • Contribute to usability testing, including facilitating activities directly with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and implement process improvements to help grow and scale the team
Must Haves: • Senior Level UX/UI Designer • Must have Strong UX and UI design experience o Ability to create components for design system o Layouts, color palettes • E-commerce experience is going to be required • Experience with some research - A/B tests • Creating journey maps and personas (working with Researchers and Product Managers) • Low and High fidelity prototyping • Using Figma - would be ideal, but open to Sketch or other tools • Comfortable working mobile first • Native app experience would be preferred
