ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Queens based contractor seeks an experienced Admin Assistant/APM.

Applicant must have experience working for a contractor, possess computer skills such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Must have proficiency on Quickbooks Construction.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

Maintain manual and electronic filing system

Create and follow up on purchase orders, submittals, RFI’s, change orders, tax exempt certs, certified payrolls, etc.

Distribute and track all contract documents during all phases of work including bidding

Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

Prepare and disseminate NYCSCA certified payrolls to General Contractors monthly and upon request

Maintain all insurance certificates and follow up accordingly

Answer phones, schedule appointments, filing, scanning, etc.

Order and maintain office supplies

Have Strong follow up on all projects
