Duties, Requirements, Responsibilities:

-Generate inbound leads from local potential tattoo clients.

-Provide a great, safe space.

-Cover the costs of repetitive, non personal station and shop supplies.

-Choose not to hire people who drag the shop down.

-Fire people if they do start to drag the shop down.

-Listen to you as an artist, yet also create the accountability and teamwork that gets income results for your wallet and wellbeing.

-Reward you for brining in your own clients.
