Duration: 18 month(s)

Locations: CT, NYC, CA, remote to start but will eventually be on site.

Must have excellent leadership skills and have the ability to operate in an agile environment.
Must have worked in agile.
Must be conversant in the tech environment
- Modernizing infrastructure and moving to cloud
Having AWS/Azure cloud migration experience is highly preferred
Having infrastructure experience is highly preferred
Having back end technical PM experience is preferred/must have (not looking for front end only experience)

Job Summary:Program Manager for Linear Ad Platform Modernization is responsible for Sales and Traffic technical modernization efforts to migrate the Linear Ad Sales ecosystem into the Azure cloud. The modernization initiatives involve daily hands-on management of technology activities utilizing Agile and Scrum based software development practices; and includes working cross-functionally with multiple technical teams. This role requires leadership competencies, technical (PM) experience, and communications skills. The Program Manager is responsible for managing projects using Media Entertainment & Distribution processes, tools and methodologies; this includes the development of the scope of work and the management of time, work-breakdown, cost, risk, and communications.

Program Manager Responsibilities:

Accountable for driving execution and delivery of the Linear Ad Platform technical modernization program from start to finish
Develops and maintains a program plan comprised of parallel projects based on the contribution from multiple project managers and delivery teams
Creates governance practices and provides senior-level leadership oversight and control for the program

Problem Solving & Communications:

Anticipates, identifies and works to mitigate risks to prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur Interacts with internal and external peers and managers to exchange complex information related to the program
Facilitates and drive meetings/workshops to conclusion and/or actionable outcome
Develops and delivers outcomes/results/notes in a manor appropriate to the level of the audience

Basic Qualifications:

Azure cloud migration experience strongly desired
Extensive knowledge and experience with the software development life cycle
Extensive knowledge with project management tools, including: Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheets
Proficiency in Agile Project Management methods; including Scrum and/or Kanban

Required Education:BS or equivalent
