Residential apartment complex in Queens seeks a highly motivated & organized multitasking skilled Handyman professional with a 5+ years in the industry preferred. Handle overall daily maintenance operations in all areas & complete daily paperwork such as work orders and maintenance logs.

Must have knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting & troubleshooting skills. Successful candidate must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Must have strong communication skills; bilingual English/ Spanish a plus. Valid driver’s license is necessary.
