Home Care Seeking Spanish Speaking HR Supervisor

Expert Home Care is a rapidly growing home health care agency located in Brooklyn. We currently have a full-time opening for a Spanish Speaking Human Resources Supervisor position with at least 1 year experience in Home Care to join our team.

HR Supervisor is responsible for all areas of human resources. This individual directly interfaces with applicants and caregivers with the recruiting and retention process.

Responsibilities:

Initiate the recruiting and hiring process for caregivers including processing applications, background screening, testing and ,interviewing, and reference validation.

Responsible for all caregiver compliance.

Orients and trains caregivers and maintains current caregiver files in accordance with policies and procedures.

Performs continuing and ongoing caregiver training.
