2 days a week in office midtown - 8 positions

Pay: $19–$20/hr

Processed and reviewed healthcare authorizations with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) guidelines.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, documentation, and scheduling.

Scheduled and coordinated healthcare services, prioritizing urgent requests while ensuring all authorization and review steps were completed correctly.

Adapted quickly to hybrid work environments, maintaining high productivity both remotely (with secure high-speed internet) and in-office.

Schedules : Monday - Friday or Wednesday through Sunday 9 - 5
