Medical Assistant - MedSpa | Aesthetics $26/Hour

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team at our medical spas in Manhattan and Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in medical setting.

Job Expectations:

Assist in various aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to injectables, laser treatments, and skincare treatments.

Check-in and check out clients.

Perform Phlebotomy

Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are well-stocked and sanitized.

Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure care instructions.

Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Collaborate effectively with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Handle clients inquiries, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements:

Positive work attitude with a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Exceptional reliability to accommodate a busy schedule, including minimal cancellations and days off.

Proficiency in computer and digital tools for record-keeping and scheduling.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively.

Must be available to start immediately.
