Little Rascal - open call for front of the house positions

Little Rascal is a Nolita staple since 2012 featuring Mediterranean cuisine at its most authentic and classy way with the perspective of 50 best bar operation level.

We are looking for new team members to join us.

Bartender musts:

-At least 5 years of active bartender experience with a craft cocktail focus

-Mixology, craft cocktails, wine knowledge

-Stellar personality, positive attitude

-Classic Cocktail knowledge

-Creative cocktail perspective

-Demonstrates strong ability to work all FOH related positions not just limited to bartending

- very very fast pace experience

Server musts:

-At least 3 years of NYC experience.

-Stellar personality, positive attitude

-Attention to detail

-A sense of urgency and strong communication skills

-Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure

-Strong desire to work in a team oriented environment

Barback/busser musts:

-At least 3 years of NYC experience.

-Craft cocktail bar experience

-Attention to details

-Stellar communication skills within team members

-Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and calmly under pressure

Plus:

-Square POS experience

-NYC food handlers

-High volume restaurant experience

-Open availability
