Experienced line cook needed

Tribeca wine bar looking for an experienced line cook/prep cook for full time work. In addition to working service, duties will include but are not limited to stocking, prep work, making staff meals, organizing food deliveries, and cleaning your station/food preparation area.You will need to follow recipes accurately and be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to perform under pressure without constant supervision is necessary. Must be able to work a mix of daytime and evening shifts, Tuesday - Saturday. If you are not available for these times please do not apply.

We are a small kitchen that puts out a lot of food, so you must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a small space. Focus and attention to detail, as well as the ability to execute recipes exactly are a must.

This position requires standing for long periods of time and may involve lifting heavy objects.
