Line Cooks for busy Italian restaurant

Pappardella is looking for a line Cook for the pasta station. We are an established Italian restaurant on the UWS, serving Italian classics and brunch since 1983.

this position is a full time position (dinner, 5 days 3pm-11pm). We have 3 stations, pasta, sauté and pizza. the candidate should have well rounded experience, since at times you have to work in different stations on the line.

Qualifications:

-Experience working with italian food in a new york restaurant

-open to work different stations

-punctual and responsible

-calm and professional attitude when the kitchen gets hot

-Good team worker
