The Server, reporting to the Food Service Supervisors, sets tables, takes orders and serves meals and drinks (bar) to members and guests according to well established rules of etiquette and performs various incidental duties to provide satisfactory service. Maintains cleanliness and order in serving areas.Keeping the bar top stocked with everything guests may use. Taking inventory of bottles and related products. Verifying customers are of drinking age. Having knowledge of the general wine, beer, and alcoholic beverages the bar serves, to be able to make recommendations and answer questions.A Host or Hostess is responsible for greeting, welcoming and seating customers as they enter a restaurant or dining area.
