 We’re an independent, family-style-run business: We run a very close-knit team and we’re as non-corporate as it gets. That means that our management knows every single team member by name, that you won’t be a small peon in a huge system, that your opinion will matter, and that we will mentor you and invest in your growth.

 We offer tons of opportunities for growth, and we walk our talk: We open a new location nearly every year and our business is constantly growing. That means that we’re always on the lookout for the best talent to take on managerial roles and that the right people can advance quickly. All of our amazing managers started out as baristas and moved up the ranks, and all of our kickass shift leads started out as baristas as well.

 We have a serious sweet tooth: We’re independent coffee roasters who take real pride in what they do and are obsessed with providing the best customer experience possible. That’s why we make everything we sell – cakes, cookies, croissants, you name it – in-house, from scratch, baked fresh every single day. What makes our dream barista?

 You take your coffee very, very personally. You have an uncompromising passion for all-things coffee you can pull some mean shots and produce some mean latte art.

 You can jump right in and make the perfect Cortado. That will likely mean that you’ve had one year (or more) experience in a specialty coffee environment, and that you can operate a manual espresso machine like La Marzocco in your sleep.

 You’re fun to work with and to be around. We’d be happy to wake up early in the morning to work a shift with you, and you’ll always provide our customers with a warm, friendly and welcoming experience.

 You’re serious about your craft and you take pride in it. Whether it’s an espresso shot, the pastry display case or the look & feel of the store, you want everything you’re involved in to be of the highest standard. That will likely mean that you have an eye for detail, that you’re proactive, and that you’re invested in what you do.
