Director, Strategy & Finance - (Hybrid)

The Knopf Doubleday Group – a division of Penguin Random House - is seeking a detail-oriented self-starter to join our team as Director, Strategy & Finance. Reporting into the Vice President, Strategy & Finance, this role will manage a small team while collaborating daily with the larger publishing group. You will be responsible for managing the financial planning, reporting, and compliance functions of the division as well as providing strategic guidance and analysis to the senior management team. You will also lead and mentor a team of finance professionals and ensure that the division adheres to the highest standards of financial integrity while driving growth and efficiency.
