Our multidisciplinary design and assessment services cover a wide range of needs. We perform condition assessments, investigations, feasibility studies, and peer reviews. We design repairs, renovations, and alterations and oversee their execution in the field. The Role We have an immediate opportunity for a licensed mechanical/HVAC project engineer with experience in building renovation and design projects. This individual will be responsible for managing and executing mechanical engineering projects for commercial and residential buildings of varying sizes and complexities. The candidate should be experienced in the evaluation, design, and construction of a broad range of heating ventilation and air conditioning systems, including but not limited to steam and hot water heating plants chilled water or refrigerant based cooling plants, refrigerant based air conditioning, ventilation, air distribution ducting, piping, and automated controls. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the integration with electrical and fire alarm systems with mechanical systems and should also be well versed in building code analysis and interpretation.
