Manager, Account Based Marketing (ABM)

Join the Snowflake team.The Snowflake ABM team is excited to bring on a dynamic and strategic-minded leader to join our team as a Manager, Account-Based Marketing (ABM). This role is pivotal in driving our high volume, new business marketing efforts towards targeted accounts, aligning closely with sales objectives to maximize revenue generation and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution skills.THIS ROLE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:Managing team-members to their KPIs including account coverage, new opportunity creation, deal acceleration and consumption.Develop individuals in career growth. Providing opportunities, guidance, and support to empower individuals to develop their skills, pursue their goals, and advance in their professional journeys.Driving alignment and execution of SDR-integrated plays as well as measurement of impact. Experience working with SDR teams preferred.Utilize data-driven insights to segment target accounts effectively. Develop tailored messaging and content strategies for each account segment, ensuring relevance and resonance with target audiences.Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize tactics for maximum effectiveness.Measure and report on the success of ABM initiatives, including key metrics such as account engagement, opportunity and SDR Meeting conversions, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and data analytics to align ABM strategies with overall business objectives.Managing budget requests and spend for the team including allocation of funds and fulfillment of KPIs against them.Continuously iterate and optimize ABM programs based on performance data and feedback from stakeholders.MARKETING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Campaign Execution and Optimization: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel ABM campaigns leveraging marketing technology platforms. Monitor campaign performance in real-time, conduct A/B testing, and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.Multi-Channel Marketing: Candidate has experience with paid media, digital, direct mail, in-person and virtual events to drive impact in large accounts and modifying tactics to increase success.Account Identification and Targeting: Utilize predictive analytics and account scoring models to identify high-value target accounts. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to prioritize target account lists and align messaging strategies accordingly.Measurement and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of ABM initiatives. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI to stakeholders regularly.Technology Evaluation and Innovation: Knowledge of ABM Technology and Tools leveraging insights to find and engage the right fit accounts at different buying stages. Evaluate new tools, technologies, and vendors to enhance ABM capabilities and drive efficiency.LEADERSHIP SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Management: Experience managing at least three people, preferred, with indirect experience managing cross-functional teams for integrated efforts (ie: SDR, FM and AE for an integrated marketing program).Strategic Development: Should be able to identify opportunity points within accounts, capture what is working, and expand success as a structured program across the team.Strategic Communication: Candidates can roll up tactical concepts into strategic presentations to higher-level leaders, demonstrating an understanding of priorities across leadership levels and functions (sales, marketing, partners, etc).Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company's confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data.
