We have an exciting opportunity for a Agile Project Manager with our industry-leading client. As part of the IT PMO, you will help run the IT project portfolio, and work with the scrum masters to manage your assigned projects/programs. In addition, to keep in-tune with the Agile Practice, you will run a scrum team, as a dedicated scrum master.

100% Remote Opportunity (EST)

Responsibilities:

Creates and maintains the Company's portfolio of projects
Facilitate the intake of new projects.
Maintains the risks and issues logs.
Communicate to senior management status of the project portfolio via a portfolio dashboard, and be able to speak on the state of each project in terms of timelines, progress, milestones, risk and issues.
Define project scope and schedule that conforms to the iterative delivery cycle of Agile Scrums.
Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
Work with the scrum master to gather state and progress of the project.
Manage risks and issues.
Correct deviations from plans.
Prepare and distribute progress reports.
Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables.
Manage stakeholder communications.
Help implement an effective system of project governance.

Requirements:

Ability to run executive-level meetings that drives the intended agenda within the allotted time slot.
Experience preparing PowerPoint presentations.
Comfortable organizing, leading meetings in a virtual conference environment.
Highly Desired: Previous experience as a Scrum Master
