The team will count on you to formulate a strong data & analytics strategy and roadmap. This role establishes the building blocks for understanding all aspects of the Digital Commerce ecosystem across the entire funnel.You will work with a truly cross disciplinary team, a range of subject matter experts. You will elevate the analytics capability across the NA eCommerce team. You will help identify growth opportunities & help create trackers, dashboard & tools to facilitate decision making. You will identify areas to automate to increase the team’s efficiency & effectiveness.As the Analytics leader in our Hive team, your main purpose is to grow our North America eCommerce revenues by helping set up & run dashboards analytics and reporting. As a functional specialist, your job involves both supporting country teams in continuously improving their operations, as well as identifying, implementing, and scaling improvements in our dashboarding, analytics, and reporting practices, processes & tooling, and advocating these in the broader organization.Reporting directly to:VP & GM NA Digital Commerce

Close coordination with IT on dashboarding application design

Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesImplementing standard methodologies & supporting accounts

Developing, optimizing and tailoring standardized dashboards such as traffic, conversion & margin dashboards

Supporting customer teams as an analytics coach” in optimizing their daily analytics operation & conducting deep dive analyses

Establishing central dashboard rhythm to enable transparent & data-driven decision making

Develop sophisticated forecasting models

What you need:Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum 10+ years prior experience within marketing or sales including eCommerce or DTC

Data Analytics expertise with proven understanding of how to use marketing levers to drive commercial growth

Proven leadership and collaboration skills

High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction
