Position Summary: The Analyst is supporting a new era of performance measurement and investment strategy at PRUSA. The Analyst will be responsible for the data governance, coordination, and ad hoc reporting for one of our Key Digital Program. The MATRIX program recommends A&P mix optimization. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, able to work with high-level instruction, and able to communicate clearly & concisely. This candidate will - receive work assignments from the Matrix lead - work with the data science leads from the global KDP team (Paris-based) - work with the US-based IT team - work the data owner teams (media, PR, couponing, etc) - work in New York Office 2 days/week location: New York, New Yorkjob type: Contractsalary: $40 - 45 per hourwork hours: 9am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:Position Summary: The Analyst is supporting a new era of performance measurement and investment strategy at PRUSA. This candidate will - receive work assignments from the Matrix lead - work with the data science leads from the global KDP team (Paris-based) - work with the US-based IT team - work the data owner teams (media, PR, couponing, etc) - work in New York Office 2 days/week Data Governance (80% of the role) Manage data refresh process for both KDPs (Matrix)- Ensure quality data is delivered to the Data Science team following the appropriate process
- Supervise the Data Validation process documenting gaps/issues and ensuring data is corrected at the source, and signed off by the Data Owner
- Work with the data science team in Paris to review data refresh processes
- Work with the Matrix lead to understand reporting requirements
- Work with the data science team and IT teams to understand how best to access the data to meet the business requirements
- Run reports in Power BI
- Design and develop new Microsoft Power BI reports required to support the data governance process
- Work with IT to develop data models, technical and functional documentation (IT team may take the lead on creating a formal data model)
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
