Salesforce Business Analyst

• Need a senior Business Systems Analyst to join a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the ongoing support and development of a cross-dealer Salesforce CRM platform for TD Securities (TD Bank's Capital Markets group)
• The BSA will work directly with a team of technologists and front-line business professionals in an agile development environment
• The BSA will have two core accountabilities:

• The BSA will provide timely application support to the front-line business users of the CRM (via phone and email), investigate and triage production issues, organize and chair the weekly production calls with Tier1, own the production issues backlog within JIRA and the Tier1 portal, create adhoc reports/extracts, contribute to data migration/cleansing activities, and assist with user training

• As technical SME for various application components, take accountability for QA/regression testing of those components during CRM releases & upgrades; contribute to enhancements of those components – this may involve analyzing business requirements, creating user stories, partnering with developers to implement stories, testing (functional and regression), supporting BAT activities, and assisting with Production deployments

• Superior communication skills (verbal, written), with an ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner with both front-line business and fellow technologists
• Confidence to articulate risks/issues to all stakeholders, and contribute to solutions
• Prior experience within Capital Markets (either Corporate & Investment Banking or Global Markets) is essential
• Highly effective negotiation skills and conflict management capabilities
• Excellent attention to detail, with ability to step back and think strategically
• Salesforce certifications would be a definite asset (i.e. Administrator, Advanced Administrator), as would hands-on experience with SF DataLoader & ReportBuilder
• Solid understanding of relational database principles
• Previous experience in writing test/acceptance criteria, and writing & executing test scripts
• Significant working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to work independently or as part of a geographically dispersed project team
• Lightning Web Components, HTML, CSS, Javascripts, Rest API integration, Flows, Security Model, Apex Scheduling, controllers and triggers
• Experienced with vendor products like Tier1 (Client center, events), RIVA, bluematrix integration.
• Salesforce design and development, experienced in TDD, unit test automation.
• Experienced in developing integrations with salesforce
• Experienced in implementing latest trends (batch, API, real-time, event-based patterns etc.) integration with data masters, third party data providers etc.
• Experienced financial domain (Capital markets)
• Perform user story elaboration with product owners
• Perform Testing (test case writing, test execution)
