IT Inventory Associate

Growing IT solutions firm in downtown Manhattan has a long-term contract, possible contract-to-hire role for an IT Inventory Associate.

• Preferred experience with IT-related equipment
• Track and record newly purchased products
• Maintain and update inventory records for the life of the product (post purchase through disposal)
• Compile a variety of ad hoc and routine reports
• Assist Purchasing Agent as required for tracking and expediting product delivery
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
• Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
• QuickBooks experience a plus
