• L1 Support (70%)
  • L1 floor support to onsite client team on publishing platform & other Research applications
  • Act as a point of contact for the L1 support team offshore
  • Understand the changing requirements and provide suggestions for process improvements.
  • Provide inputs on the overall management and direction of the team and service line.
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with different teams and act as point of contact for end users, client managers and various client teams for various Product support projects

• Data Team Support (30%)
  • Act as a point of contact for the Data team offshore
  • Handle escalations; collect feedback on the performance of the team.
  • Provide inputs on the overall management and direction of the team and service line.
