Description:

Enterprise Architecture Governance is seeking Process Optimization candidate to drive multiple strategic and governance initiatives.
The ideal candidate has experience and background with process design and optimization; is able to construct a proposal from scratch and execute with little dependency on others; able to propose solutions and negotiate feedback to refine;
Manage large datasets with precision and control; possesses experience owning a book of work and executing against it; experience in design of metrics, configuration of systems, application design; advanced excel skills; able to navigate through challenges with minimum direction

Skills:

Responsibility for process oversight, strategy, process re-engineering and metrics governance
Strategic thinker and solution oriented
Negotiation and persuasion skill
Data management / Attention to detail

Technical Skill

Experience with Sparx EA, Modelling preferable
Expected to build relationships with stakeholders to collaborate on planning and execution

Other Skills:

Ability to present to senior leadership
Ability to progress with limited direction and work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, running number of competing deliverables in parallel
Must be a creative thinker, flexible and not be afraid to challenge status quo
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and advanced proficiency in Excel and Visio required
Express ideas verbally and in writing to effectively communicate with and influence teammates, technology partners, business leaders and executives
In depth knowledge of a suite of applications and processes preferred
Control minded / experience with installing and managing controls to mitigate risk
Has proven track record of preparing materials for all levels within the organization (practitioner through to senior leadership)
Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skill
