This is an ideal role for someone passionate about driving incident response and cyber-risk management services, energized by continuous improvement and innovation, who would like to gain a broad and deep understanding of the operations of a large, complex, and rapidly growing business.This person helps create a high performance culture that grows the business by building and operationalizing programs that create operational scale. You continuously see and anticipate areas of improvement, and leverage the strengths of people, processes, and technology to make those improvements. You are adept at resourcing teams by identifying what they need and optimizing across the business to support what’s needed where. You look at data for key insights to develop forward momentum with simplified metrics, identifying the leading indicators of consistent performance and measuring them. Your Experience10+ years of professional experience in consulting, sales, engineering, marketing, finance, or operations, preferably at a security company, with a proven track record driving growth programs as well as operational improvements
Professional experience in program and project management
Bachelor’s or Masters’ Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills, with experience managing employee and executive communications needs of a large organization
Deep experience and expertise in a fast paced enterprise environment.
Global leadership at scale, influence without authority
Experience leading/navigating large cross-functional teams is a critical skill for success
Experience with large-scale transformations
Critical thinking and strategic insight based on data. Will challenge assumptions and current practices with a data-driven approach
The ability to understand the parts of the business and their interrelationships. How to improve, operationalize and execute on Unit 42 internal programs. This includes skill in understanding the industry, customers, competition, and expected future developments and challenges, the business's competitive strengths and weaknesses, opportunities to grow the business and awareness of the environment for opportunities

For candidates who receive an offer, the starting salary (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) is expected to be between $217,600/yr to $320,000/yr.
