Job Details

We're looking for an ambitious Tech Lead to drive the mission and technical direction of our people analytics product. Working across the full stack, you'll provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship on design, code, and strong engineering practices. This will be a transformational position for our team as they enter their hyper-growth phase.

What you'll doScope and lead large technical projects on a modern tech stack (NodeJS, ReactJS, Typescript, CubeJS, Snowflake, AWS) with cross-functional impact.Build beautiful, scalable solutions to make the people analytics experience for CPOs, people leaders, and entire organizations 100x more efficient.Thoughtfully evaluate critical technology and architecture choices as we build our analytics product. In many cases, you'll be driving these decisions and need to weigh the concerns of multiple stakeholders.Directly contribute to core design and architecture through writing code. You'll serve as a role model for how great software should be written for our team as a whole.Build, deploy, monitor, and scale top-tier systems. Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.Advise leadership team on key technical considerations related to the future of people analytics. If successful, you will change the trajectory of the HR industry as a whole :)Teach and mentor the next generation of technical leaders at our organization
