Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks

Methodical approach to handling substantial workload — ability to prioritize and organize effectively

Data base management of all relevant documents Requirements - 2+ years of relevant experience

Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred

Court Filings experience

Foundational knowledge in e-Filing

Comprehensive knowledge of real estate

Litigation ParaLegal experience preferred

Constant attention to detail and accuracy, confidentiality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

Capable of taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
