We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with our industry-leading client in NYC. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is a highly collaborative role that will deliver primary and secondary analytics to business owners. To accomplish this, the individual will demonstrate a strong grasp of our business objectives and digital and consumer metrics along with a high desire to synthesize data into actionable insights and recommendations.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageResponsibilities:- Accessing and analyzing digital marketing data from a variety of analytic tools (Website, Database, Email, Social, etc.)
- Tracking a user journey through various channels and segmenting audiences by analyzing various datasets from: paid media, paid/organic social, website, CRM, SEM/SEO
- Responsible for not only pulling reports and data analysis but also focusing on crafting the marketing results presentations and making recommendations
- Lead GTM implementations, with the support of our development team. Included in this is our transition from Universal Analytics to GA4
- Define and build innovative measurement techniques to drive business growth and optimize marketing and consumer outreach/engagement for Marketing, Registration and Sports & Events departments
- Develop deep knowledge of the company's data structure and tables. Analyze and manage critical and dynamic data trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field or comparable experience. Master's degree is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence and digital analytics
- Experience implementing digital metrics testing strategies using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other digital measurement platforms
- Experience with databases and applications (MS SQL Server, Oracle)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to tell stories with data
- Strong understanding of business intelligence concepts including data analysis and data mining
- Previous experience with Tableau or interest in learning the platform (not required but nice to have)
- Previous experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce (not required but nice to have)
